We’re Looking for a Tailwind CSS Frontend Developer

We develop original, fast and user-focused web interfaces for corporate clients operating across a range of industries. Rather than making minor changes to ready-made templates, we create custom designs tailored to each brand’s identity and specific requirements.

We are looking for a frontend developer with a strong eye for design, close attention to detail and proven experience using Tailwind CSS on real-world projects. Our aim is to establish a long-term working relationship with someone who can share our frontend workload.

Essential Application Requirement

Applicants must have at least three publicly accessible websites that are currently live and were developed using Tailwind CSS.

GitHub projects, localhost screenshots, Figma designs or work created solely for demonstration purposes will not be considered sufficient. Applicants are expected to provide direct links to live websites that can be reviewed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of professional experience in frontend development using Tailwind CSS
• The ability to create original and modern interfaces with Tailwind CSS
• The ability to develop a brand-specific visual language rather than a generic template-based appearance
• Experience building responsive interfaces that work smoothly across mobile, tablet and desktop devices
• Strong attention to dimensions, spacing, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
• The ability to create clean, understandable and maintainable HTML and CSS structures
• A good understanding of page performance, image optimisation and Core Web Vitals
• The ability to follow a design brief while providing appropriate UI/UX recommendations when needed
• A reliable working style, with clear communication, openness to feedback and respect for deadlines

Applications will primarily be evaluated based on live reference projects.
