We are looking for an SEO specialist to improve the organic visibility of our real estate web projects, strengthen their technical SEO infrastructure, and manage the SEO processes of our multilingual websites.

This role goes beyond keyword research and content optimization. We are looking for a team member with a comprehensive understanding of SEO, from technical website structure and category architecture to international SEO and structured data.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in SEO,
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in technical SEO,
• Experience working with large websites or websites containing a high volume of URLs,
• Experience managing SEO for multilingual websites,
• Knowledge of international SEO and hreflang implementation,
• Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics,
• Ability to perform detailed website audits using crawlers such as Screaming Frog,
• Sufficient technical knowledge to understand HTML structure and fundamental web technologies,
• Strong understanding of canonical tags, redirects, HTTP status codes, sitemaps, robots.txt, crawl budget, and index management,
• Knowledge of Schema.org and structured data,
• Strong skills in keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization,
• Ability to evaluate SEO performance not only in terms of traffic but also lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits of websites and follow up on the resolution of identified issues,
• Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies,
• Develop SEO strategies for real estate listings, category pages, location pages, and blog content,
• Manage international SEO processes across multilingual websites,
• Properly implement and manage technical SEO elements such as hreflang, canonical tags, index/noindex directives, pagination, URL structures, and redirects,
• Identify crawling and indexing issues and develop appropriate solutions,
• Implement and manage Schema.org and JSON-LD structured data,
• Identify issues such as duplicate content, thin content, orphan pages, and keyword cannibalization,
• Improve internal linking structures and overall site architecture,
• Regularly analyze data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics,
• Conduct website audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools,
• Monitor organic traffic, impressions, rankings, CTR, and conversion performance,
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research,
• Contribute to the SEO planning of new category and landing pages,
• Coordinate SEO improvements with development and content teams,
• Keep up with Google algorithm updates and developments in the SEO industry and apply relevant changes to existing projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• SEO experience within the real estate industry,
• Experience carrying out SEO work in multiple languages, particularly English,
• International SEO experience targeting markets outside Türkiye,
• Active experience using Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO analysis tools,
• Experience with structured data and semantic SEO.

We are not looking for someone whose SEO experience is limited to adding keywords to content or carrying out basic SEO checks. The ideal candidate should understand how websites are crawled and indexed, how authority is distributed across pages, and how a multilingual real estate website should be structured and scaled for search engines.

We are looking for candidates who can understand the complex URL structures common to the real estate industry—including location, property type, development, listing, and category-based pages—and improve both the user experience and organic search visibility.

We’re Looking for a Tailwind CSS Frontend Developer

We develop original, fast and user-focused web interfaces for corporate clients operating across a range of industries. Rather than making minor changes to ready-made templates, we create custom designs tailored to each brand’s identity and specific requirements.

We are looking for a frontend developer with a strong eye for design, close attention to detail and proven experience using Tailwind CSS on real-world projects. Our aim is to establish a long-term working relationship with someone who can share our frontend workload.

Essential Application Requirement

Applicants must have at least three publicly accessible websites that are currently live and were developed using Tailwind CSS.

GitHub projects, localhost screenshots, Figma designs or work created solely for demonstration purposes will not be considered sufficient. Applicants are expected to provide direct links to live websites that can be reviewed.

• The ability to follow a design brief while providing appropriate UI/UX recommendations when needed
